Description:
We are seeking someone with elite people skills, who is determined, persuasive, dynamic, has lots of integrity, and is self-motivated to join our team as a Special Events Coordinator! This person will be handling the building and growing of a team that conducts all the scheduling of appointments for our sales team at special events. Must have a strong leadership background and enjoy coaching & leading a team. The ideal candidate will embrace leading by example. 40 - 44 hours per week. Paid training. Guaranteed hourly base pay + bonus structure. Fun work environment. Extensive product and services training provided, and strong leaders to help you succeed. Must be honest, hungry, and humble.
Qualifications:
- Previous track record of success in a similar role.
- Leadership skills.
- Previous experience customer service or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and other softwares
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record

Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Plan & organize company marketing events at home shows and events around the community.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Establish a plan, with benchmarks, to ensure a successful return on investment with the resources provided.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Generate leads for the sales team, build, and nurture client relationships
- Create and execute a strategic plan to help meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics
- Hire, train, & manage part-time events employees, so each event is fully staffed.
- Scheduling appointments while following scripts
- Following up with future customers
- Develop and implement an action plan specifying the set of behaviours necessary to enable you to reach your professional goals.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
