Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for the booking and planning of Weddings, Social Events, and Corporate Dinners. You will be contracted for 40 hours per week, including 1-2 Saturdays per month.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients at all times
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Undertaking day to day enquiry handling and event co-ordination, ensuring The Belfry standards are maintained
- Communication with the Meeting and Events team to create fantastic experiences
- Achieving individual and team conversion targets
- Arranging and conducting show arounds, showing The Belfry’s facilities to their full potential
