Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Take on a new challenge and apply your process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside autonomous, diligent, and communicative teammates.
You’ll provide critical support during major special process quality crises, offering clear problem analyses and actionable solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project managers, quality assurance, production), control external communications, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of conducting root cause analysis, managing risks, and presenting options to resolve crises, but also ensuring the integrity of external communications.

- Expert analysis and crisis resolution strategies

- Providing training and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Upholding the highest standards of our special processes

- Degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
- Experience or understanding of industrial methods and special processes
- Familiarity with quality and crisis management
- A certification or recognition as an expert by the Special Process central coordinator
- Independent and rigorous work ethic
- Excellent communication and teaching skill
