Description:
Due to service expansion, NUH have a vacancy for a band 6 cardiac physiologist with expertise in echo.
If you have recently achieved BSE accreditation and are looking for your next challenge then we may have the post for you.
You will work alongside our large and friendly team across our sites in Nottingham. Provision of high quality echo reports will be your primary role however you will also assist in the provision of other non invasive tests.
You will be supported to develop your skills into specialist echo areas such as stress echo, adult and paediatric congenital echo, physiologist led valve surveillance and heart failure clinics.

Provision of high quality TTE images and reports.
Supervision of junior team members when appropriate.
Provision of other cardiac diagnostics eg ECG analysis, ETT and tilt.
Assist the training lead in the support of trainee physiologists.
Development into specialist echo areas
Working at our three sites; QMC, City Campus and our new central Nottingham CDC.
Participation in the emergency out of hours echo service
