QUALIFICATIONS
You have a bachelor’s, master’s degree or a PhD in in chemistry, biology, process engineering or any other related area, preferably along with experience in cell therapy, cryopreservation and formulation and project management.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Deep understanding or extensive experience using chemical and physical characterization equipment and test systems, i.e. rheometry, osmolality, molarity, pH, etc.
- Deep understanding of cell interactions with formulations (media) and medical devices (materials, surface finished, physical environment)
- Basic knowledge of medical device regulations and standard laboratory equipment
- Preferably extensive knowledge of cell biology and hands-on experience with aseptic cell culture
- Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities:
- Contributing to projects through formulation and cryopreservation development work within cell therapy areas, ensuring thorough alignment with requirements and needs of global project teams
- Designing and executing experiments to investigate, identify, and optimize formulations enabling cryogenic storage and transportation of cell therapy drug products within the context of cellular combination product
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data with high degree of sophistication, driving conclusions and proposing next steps
- Effectively and constructively communicating and collaborating across global sites and provide subject matter expert input to cross-functional project team
