Title: Specialist, Clinical Education and Training
Salary: $86,778 - $102,09 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term role till March 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Metro Vancouver Area/Remote – frequent travel required. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after Summer 2026.

You may have experience in;
- Recent, Relevant professional development in areas of eHealth, process improvement, change management, and group facilitation
- Recent, relevant and significant experience working in a healthcare environment (usually acquired over a period of 5-7 years)
- Recent, relevant and significant experience in acute care planning, delivering, and managing clinical operations and/or clinical systems facilitation (usually acquired over a period of 3-5 years)
- Experience in project management, strategic planning, and patient and community engagement
- Experience in existing Regional Authority and First Nation community eHealth processes, workflows, referral patterns, program delivery methods, and IMIT systems and infrastructure
- Experience developing and implementing community-care and provider based clinical readiness and needs assessments
- Experience defining appropriate eHealth needs, mapping and matching appropriate services and technologies with community and provider needs
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Specialist, Clinical Education and Training, you will – Under the general direction of the Manager of Clinical Adoption, eHealth establishes, integrates and implements innovative models of eHealth education and training initiatives for First Nations communities. Delivers and reports on all eHealth training, education and development programs for First Nations communities and service providers. Provides eHealth education, coaching and mentoring to all health care staff within the organization, First Nations Service organizations and at the community level.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or other related fields, plus 5-7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant professional development in areas of eHealth, process improvement, change management, and group facilitation
- 1-2 years experience working in First Nation communitie
