Title: Specialist – CMO Projects and Partnerships
Salary: $72,841 – $91,051 – $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term - 1 year (possibility of extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm)
Location: Park Royal, West Vancouver – Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after Summer 2026.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Specialist, CMO Projects and Partnerships, you will – Provide specialized expertise in supporting the development of highly complex public health initiatives and partnerships that are being led by CMO. You will collaborate with other departments and a diverse range of external stakeholders to support, develop, and strengthen internal and external partnerships and to support organization wide initiatives. You will champion the perspective of “health & wellness” and “health as a business” into all aspects of project and partnership development and implementation.

To be successful in this role you will have/be –

  • Completion of project management or office administration certificate or diploma, plus 3 years of experience providing project management support and coordination of complex projects in large organizations, preferably in health care, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and One Note)
  • Experience working with SharePoint
  • Experience working with First Nations communities and/or organizations
  • Understands the relationships between different programs/project work streams within the CEO Office and identifies conflicts and linkage
