As the Specialist Contract Management, you will provide insight to Strategic Sourcing teams and Business Units on contract status, risk, expiry etc. You will work with functional leaders to draft and negotiate contract terms, SoW, SLAs etc. You will provide leadership updates on contracts status, expiry, risks. You will collaborate in category review processes by providing trends in market, risks, opportunities. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Strategic Sourcing teams and business units to properly manage the contract process and you will engage and collaborate with Suppliers on contract revisions.
