YOUR FUTURE AT SKYSERVICE:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Crew Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight crew by providing general administrative support and coordinating training with external vendors. You will bring a sense of innovation, strategic thinking, adaptability and a passion for service to enhance our crew support and training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in aviation crew support, training coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, online platforms, and MS Office Suite.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pilot and cabin crew onboarding and offboarding processes by collaborating with HR, Flight Operations, Client Solutions, and IT departments.
  • Facilitate the issuance of company materials such as Crew IDs, Uniforms, Business Cards, etc.
  • Ensure the validity of pilot records, including Passports, Crew IDs, and other necessary documents.
  • Plan, coordinate, and book flight crew simulator training and supplementary training with external training providers and facilities.
  • Review and manage the master training schedule to ensure timely completion of required training for crew members.
  • Communicate with pilots/crew to confirm availability and attendance for training, rescheduling as necessary.
  • Generate and Training and Checking Authorization (TCA) for training events, distribute to training providers and crew, store to SP and document in DM
  • Provide regular updates and visibility to the training schedule, communicating any changes to the different stakeholders (crew, clients and management).
  • Manage TSA requirements and triggers related to crew training.
  • Input and maintain pilot training events in FOS to capture all pilot duties accurately and completely
  • Compile and review feedback from pilots on training providers and training issues to improve training programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with training providers to identify new training opportunities and improve existing programs.
  • Collaborate on the contract pilot process, including reviewing documentation, enrolling in training courses, coordinating flight support, and handling invoicing.
  • Bring new ideas, tools, and processes to enhance crew support and training operations.
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
