Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Specialist, CVM Group Budgets and Data will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the Creative Visual Merchandising (CVM) group (Creative Visual Merchandising, Creative Concepts, Creative Identity, and Archives) at Tiffany & Co. This position will be responsible for managing and analyzing budgets, reporting on budgets and spending, and developing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
The Specialist will partner closely with CVM stakeholders to allocate funds and monitor/report on financial concerns related to CVM activity, store openings, art procurement, and overhead costs such as T&E. This Specialist will collaborate across levels (VPs, Directors, Managers, Specialists) to carefully and proactively assure that projects are funded, payment processes are seamless, and budget targets are maintained.
The Specialist will automate, improve, and streamline processes, increase accuracy of reporting, and seek opportunities to deepen the quality of financial support leveraged to make careful and informed decisions.
In addition, this Specialist will build and maintain accurate databases that can be manipulated and shared for a wide variety of CVM planning needs, inclusive of financial information.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field
  • MS Office, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining datasets
  • Ability to connect systems and data into Excel
  • Visualization software experience, inclusive of both financial and non-financial information
    The target salary for this position ranges from $74,035-100,165. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience
