Description:

The ACED team is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team including Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nursing staff, Dietitians, Social Worker, Assistant Psychologists, Community Support Workers, and team Administrators. We are moving towards the development of a life span service and have working links with colleagues in the Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders Services as well as other community eating disorder services and specialist treatment units. The service offers excellent opportunities for supervision, service development, service evaluation and research as well as a vast range of teaching and training, we have well established supervision and operational structures, as well as useful links with both Oxford University and Oxford Brookes. The service is committed to evidence-based and evidence generating practice and your role will include the opportunity to be part of service development, if you have skills and interests you wish to develop, we are open to discuss these as part of our ongoing personal development review programme.
There is a strong AHP community within the Trust with significant opportunities to support integrated working and showcasing the achievements of AHPs within the Trust. This is a full-time position however we would consider part time or flexible working arrangements, if required for suitable applicants. As this is a community post applicants must be willing and able to travel within Oxfordshire county for appointments and meeting as necessary for the role.
The service operates 5 days per week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.However flexible working arrangements can be discussed as well as a hybrid working arrangement.
