Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education qualification, ideally in business, marketing, economy, or solid commercial education.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and sales support, sales events, sales programs and promotions. Proven experience in leading small teams and operating in a matrix organization.
- Leadership skills, communication skills, analytical skills, project management skills, self-starter able to work autonomously, advanced user of Microsoft Office (including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Leadership, agility, effective organization, strong communication, collaborative thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Background in direct selling.
- Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or customers. Limited activity, no lifting, limited walking.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Coordinator, Distributor Relationships at Herbalife, you will develop and manage ongoing relationships with Distributor leadership to leverage support for corporate initiatives and ensure alignment with their business growth needs. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional support, driving sales growth, and maintaining the Herbalife brand’s image and values.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Act as front-line support to Members in the field, engaging with local leaders at all levels and building relationships based on trust.
- Maintain communication with Members through a defined contact plan, understanding Member trends, new sales opportunities, and support requirements.
- Share best practices with Members to promote growth and foster sales activities in the designated region.
- Attend and represent the company at various training seminars, meetings, and events, both locally and internationally.
- Create reports and work with Members using Bizworks to highlight growth opportunities.
- Promote new product launches and proven working methods, explaining qualifications for events and vacations.
- Visit locations such as Fitclubs, Nutrition Clubs, Weight Loss Challenges, and other events to support and enhance their success.
- Analyze data to identify needs and opportunities, working within company structures to fulfill them with appropriate tools and materials.
- Drive distributor growth and sales strategy through strong understanding of KPI data.
- Analyze and report promotion results, propose new promotions, and coordinate agreed promotions with distributor leadership.
- Ensure timely execution and communication of Distributor Recognition for marketing plans and promotions.
- Develop and execute training for distributors, leveraging both local and global resources.
- Coordinate working groups with distributors to drive collaboration and business initiatives.
- Support internal events with relevant input on content and speaker selection.
- Monitor the competitive environment to keep operations up to date with market trends and developments.
- Interact with all levels throughout the organization, including Distributors, customers, senior corporate staff, and outside vendors.
- Think strategically and innovatively to support distributors and enhance their sales and downlines.
