Description:

Responsibilities:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in law, business administration or other relevant field.
  • You have a minimum of 9 to 10 years’ relevant professional experience in compliance, risk or legal in a similar sector.
  • You have experience in conducting risk assessments and implement mitigation actions.
  • You have excellent knowledge of, or a keen interest in, applicable ethics and compliance practices and principles.
  • You have strong project and process management skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • You have the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the company and maintain good working relationships with members of the business units and management.
  • You are comfortable in a deadline-driven, results-oriented environment, and are able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • You have strong writing skills in French and English (bilingualism is essential), as well as excellent communication and simplification skills.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
