Summary
For the “Mechanical Components” department, we are looking for a “Bonding Technician” (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site at the earliest possible date.
The “Mechanical Components” department manufactures mechanical components by milling, sheet metal processing and plastics technology, joins components using various bonding, soldering and welding processes, paints components and carries out assembly activities.

Your Tasks

  • Bonding of electromechanical components (manual activity)
  • Integration of components in GRP composite structures
  • Operating and programming dispensing systems
  • Preparing parts and components at the workstation for processing and checking for correctness and completeness
  • Procurement of consumables

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in a profession that requires a high level of fine motor skills, such as watchmaker / goldsmith / optician / dental technician or similar
  • Experience in the processing of 2K epoxy resin adhesives advantageous
  • Further training as a bonding practitioner advantageous
  • Ability to work independently, coordination and integration skills
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and willingness to cooperate
  • Good German skills
