We’re seeking a candidate to guide Source To Pay processes and policies, including standard helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers and continuous improvement within Source To Pay operations.

• Provide Guidance and Support: Assist internal customers with GBS.NTP processes and policies, resolving queries related to Source To Pay operations.
• Training and Reporting: Deliver end-to-end training on purchasing systems (both in-person and virtual) and prepare comprehensive procurement-related reports.
• System Facilitation and Optimization: Facilitate efficient use of the Source To Pay system (Ariba Guided Buying) and collaborate with teams to improve the user experience.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on purchase requests, conduct regular reviews for policy adherence, and strive for compliance with Source To Pay policies.
• Issue Resolution and Workflow Management: Address and resolve issues, escalate tickets when needed, maintain workflows, and close tickets upon resolution.
