Description:

Reporting into the Director, Global Learning & Development, the Specialist will have a direct impact on the learner experience at Tiffany & Co. This role is responsible for, but not limited to, administration and logistics of our program and offerings – in person and virtual. Our talent’s experience should be seamless from enrollment, communications, or day-of moments. To accomplish this, the Specialist will drive a culture of elevation through consistency in details, luxury-level quality and focus, and thoughtful ideation of significant moments.
As a member of the broader Global Talent Center of Excellence, this role will have opportunities to influence and contribute to other key enterprise initiatives.
Location: This position is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York with a hybrid schedule.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in event-planning or coordination of in-person experiences, within luxury or hospitality industry
  • Can effectively manage change and shift gears comfortably

  • Demonstrated ability to use external and internal resources and a people network to implement quickly, effectively, and consistently in a fast-paced business environment
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills; proven research skills to gather data, standard methodologies, and points of view to ensure sound judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while balancing quality with on-time delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a global environment
  • Negotiates well in difficult situations, with a deep sensitivity to cultural and regional differences
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, inclusive of storytelling capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; PowerPoint Design, Mail Merge in Microsoft Office, VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables in ExcelProficiency in Canva, Adobe, Miro
