Position Overview:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Retail and Wholesale Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving global brand and commercial marketing programs for the retail channels. This role supports attracting traffic to Canada Goose stores and building a positive brand experience in-store. In this role, building and maintaining strong relationships with Regional Marketing Managers, Store Managers, VM Managers, and production partners is critical to success. The candidate who is a fit for this role is passionate about retail and has had experience executing retail marketing programs, visual windows and displays, and in-store events in the luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee retail theatre including store windows and speciality interior displays from concept to execution
- Build VM directives with clear instruction for window installations to ensure global consistency
- Partner with external regional production partners, regional VM leads and individual store teams leading up to window installations to ensure seamless executions
- Work with internal planning teams to align on regional product selection for seasonal window flips
- Plan and approve brand campaign imagery use across exterior and interior retail placements globally
- Manage campaign video uploads to in-store digital screens
- Provide marketing direction and recommendations during the development process for new stores
