JOB DESCRIPTION:

Specialist HR Country Management role is responsible for providing country-based HR support and ensuring labor compliance.This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the HR function by providing specialized support and ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluent in Czech
  • Typically requires a High School diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) is preferred.
  • Typically 1-2 years of experience in related areas of responsibility.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong understanding of country-specific HR compliance and labor laws.
  • Effective communication and consultation skills.
  • Ability to manage HR processes and benefit plan administration.
  • Proficiency in handling employee relations and crisis management.
    Working Time: EMEA hours
    Location: Brno, Czech Republic

Responsibilities:

  • Support country HR and labor compliance.
  • Implement HR policies and programs, including managing employee relations, offering crisis support, and handling grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Provide organizational support in workforce planning, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, diversity, employee development, and succession programs.
  • Produce required country documents and manage employee cases.
  • Provide data management and human asset strategy to support business plans and operational goals.
  • Consult and support individual managerial needs and overall organizational development activities.
