Job Summary
Manage our Identity Management program by maintaining and driving forward the use of our Identity Management tool and accompanying processes in order to ensure compliance to regulations and efficient and secure handling of employees’ digital identities throughout their lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with business and application leaders to identify and prioritize next applications to integrate into Sailpoint IIQ by analyzing and defining their requirements.
- Manages continuous improvement of Sailpoint IIQ infrastructure and Identity Management processes.
- Provides technical oversight and guidance in the continuing implementation of Sailpoint IIQ.
- Manages the scheduled application access review Certification campaigns.
- Works independently on projects and problems of complex scope and may coordinate the activities of others as needed. This individual should have “hands on” skills and may perform some development/scripting activities as new connectors are established across additional corporate applications.
- Accountable for the ongoing operation and maintenance of applications for the assigned IT functional areas, including the definition and monitoring of the measures to ensure system availability.
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.
- Demonstrate Behaviours that exhibit our organizational Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.
- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.

Job Requirements
Education
- University or college graduate in computer science or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- CISSP or a related IT Security or Privacy designation is an asset.
- Identity Management domain experience in areas such as provisioning, authentication, authorization, certification/governance, monitoring along with experience in security best practices.
- Strong knowledge and experience of an identity and access management tool, Sailpoint IIQ is preferred.
- Java/J2EE programming skills are a definite asset.
- Advanced knowledge of IT security strategies and solutions.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to internal and external customers.
Experience
- 10 plus years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Process Industry, Consumer Packaged Goods, Information Systems, Project Management and/or Management Consulting Environment;
