Your Tasks
- Validating and reporting on laboratory medical analyses in the field of clinical chemistry
- Explaining result and Providing laboratory medical counseling for customers (hospitals, clinics, general practioners, etc.)
- Co-managing a broad spectrum of clinical chemistry analyses with the opportunity to specialize further in one or more areas: routine analytics, emergency analytics in our hospital laboratories, special analytics including electrophoresis, immunofixation, therapeutic drug monitoring, prenatal screening, and cerebrospinal fluid analytics
- Evaluating, introducing, monitoring, and validating new laboratory testing procedures
- Ensuring high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective services
- Maintaining and developing scientifically-based analytics
- Collaborating with the laboratory manager, marketing, and management
- Actively participating in training and continuing education
Your Profile
- Completed FAMH training as a specialist in laboratory medicine with a focus on clinical chemistry
- Additional FAMH and/or FMH training is an advantage
- Communicative personality with strong social skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate constructively
- Dynamic personality with a scientific interest
- Excellent German or French skills, good knowledge of English
