The Marketplace Key Account Specialist will be responsible for managing the success of our Tier 2 Marketplace sellers to drive GMV on the Walmart Canada platform and meet our financial and operational goals. Successful candidates should be customer centric, solution oriented fast learners with a digital & data-first mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit..
Ce que vous ferez…
1. Drive Marketplace GMV for Tier 2 sellers (KAM 2s manage Tier 1 sellers) to hit our business targets.
2. Analyze weekly reports to influence decision making.
3. Work cross-functionally with associates across the Ecommerce business such as Site Experience, Marketing, MP Operations, Business Development and Merchandising.
4. Triage and manage Partner support escalations maintaining trust and enabling Seller success.
5. Decide top items to surface in our various Marketing tools and work with business partners to execute.
6. Develop and manage tactical action plan for site improvements to improve conversion rate.
7. Act as an escalation point for all customer inquries/requests and work with sellers to ensure customers have a great experience on Walmart.ca.
8. Onboard new seller partners to drive growth.
