Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with learning disabilities and autism? Do you have the drive to support families and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for those at risk of mental health hospital admissions or residential placements?
We are looking for Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Speech and Language Therapists who are ready for a new challenge in our award-winning multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

As a Specialist Keyworker, you will:

  • Assess and support the holistic needs of young people and their families, providing interventions or facilitating access to further support.
  • Advocate for young people, ensuring their views are heard in multi-agency settings.
  • Collaborate with professionals from health, education, and social care sectors to deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions such as Positive Behavioural Support.
  • Co-facilitate consultations and share expertise within your professional field, contributing to the development of the team’s clinical practice.
  • Receive ongoing CPD and training opportunities to further enhance your skills and expertise.
