Description:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum of 3 years experience doing industrial maintenance systems
- A university degree in Engineering-related discipline or NVQ Level 6 - preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Technology: Machinery maintenance, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance strategies, utilizing technical documentation effectively. Solid technical knowledge in maintenance engineering and asset management.
- Leadership: Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance teams and achieve goals
- Analyze: Analytical ability to identify improvement opportunities and solve complex problems
- Solid experience in machining and mechanical materials
KNOWLEDGE:
- Machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of 5S Tools and other continuous improvement methodologies
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Develop and ensure maintenance planning and control methods, standardize CMMS, data measurement, and KPIs for operational performance. Share best maintenance practices and implement equipment improvements.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Map the maintenance control and process needs of productive equipment, enabling the plant to achieve optimal production results.
- Direct and monitor the development of plans and schedules to ensure scope, cost, and schedule compliance.
- Manage maintenance management reports within Plant teams to execute all activities, aiming to reduce equipment downtimes.
- Develop and oversee maintenance reports and costs entered in the SAP maintenance system, aiming to reduce expenses.
- Implement equipment changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and energy reduction.
- Monitor operational efficiency of refurbished equipment to increase productivity.
- Reduce spare parts inventory through technical analysis to prevent stockouts during mechanical equipment interventions.
- Identify team development and training needs, fostering employee engagement and participation.
- Perform equipment inspection activities using technical criteria based on history, supplier information, engineering studies, and acquired knowledge.
