Job Description
To manage the reconciliations team, conduct complex Cash, Position and Data reconciliations where required, and manage any complex breaks, queries or escalations, to ensure resources are effectively allocated, all entries are matched and breaks are timeously resolved.
Qualifications
Secondary/High School/Matric
Diploma or Degree qualification
Experience Required
3-5 years
Relevant recons knowledge and experience of local and foreign markets with a broad understanding of systems, processes and procedures to perform recons, as well as understanding key financial concepts and practices.
Knowledge and understanding of the trade lifecycle, and experience working within an operations and processing type environment.
Knowledge and practical experience of MS Office programmes and systems including Intellimatch.
Experience with managing, leading and coordinating teams.
