Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Monitor and flag content from digital media, broadcast, and social media to articles, posts, or anything you find online, in real-time, for relevant stakeholders. We’re the ‘eyes and ears’ of Rogers, when news breaks, we’re the ones who inform our leaders.
  • Create complex search queries in various tools to identify content and topics of interest
  • Generate reports that include media coverage and social media mentions of Rogers initiatives, as well as news relevant to our competitors and the industry
  • Structure data by tagging content in our media analysis tool for enhanced reporting and insights
  • Conduct research and reporting on ad hoc topics and issues
  • Occasionally post articles or updates to About.Rogers.com
  • Occasionally post approved tweets from our corporate Twitter handle, @AboutRogers
