    The Business Support Centre (BSC) of Avis Budget Group located in the heart of Budapest, Hungary, takes care of various commercial and financial activities to support our processes in the EMEA region. Responsibilities:

  • Processing, analyzing, controlling of information and providing quality outputs to partners (country HQs), in accordance with strict monthly deadlines.
  • Preparing monthly balance sheet account reconciliation in line with the company’s policies.
  • Communicating with the partners, handling their queries and claims.
  • In case of issues proactively contacting the partner and when necessary, escalating problems to senior team members or the team leader.
  • Maintaining pro-active communication and cooperation with other Financial Services areas and BSC departments.
  • Keeping deadlines and aligning with compliance rules, especially Sox and ISO, and the Worldwide buy/sell policy.
  • Supporting process improvement through sharing ideas.
