Description:
You will undertake comprehensive assessments and use your advanced clinical reasoning skills to develop and deliver rehabilitation programmes that support patients to achieve their goals. You will participate actively in our weekly MDT meeting, linking with therapists from other disciplines and helping to ensure fully co-ordinated communication and goal-setting. Within the multidisciplinary team you will provide support and training to our Band 5 Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Therapy Assistants within the delivery of rehabilitation interventions and a supervisor, as well as providing clinical education to student members of the team. As a member of the CNRS team you will have excellent assessment, communication and problem-solving skills and demonstrate an adaptable, flexible approach whilst meeting guidelines and standards.

Everything we do is aimed at providing exceptional, holistic, person-centred care to people with stroke and neurological conditions within the community of Stockport. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41.90.
This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13
