As a Specialist Operator, you will have the opportunity to operate a wide range of machinery to complete skilled tasks related to civil and roading works, including excavators, rollers and loaders.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Operate all machinery in a professional manner.
  • Carry out general maintenance of plant and machinery.
  • Perform general labouring duties as and when required.
  • Ensure all work is delivered for our customers safely, on time and to the highest quality standard.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Full clean class 2 licence (Class 4 preferred) and WTR endorsements.
  • Previous experience operating machinery, ideally in a civil contracting environment.
  • Experience excavating around services.
  • A proactive approach to Health and Safety - it’s our #1 priority
  • Flexibility to perform various daily tasks and grow with the team
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and upskill
