Description:

The post holder will be responsible for strategic and managerial leadership in the continuous development of the Multidisciplinary Specialist Palliative Care Team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
Working in collaboration with the Stockport Consultants in Palliative Medicine and the Directorate Manager for Specialist Services, the post holder will advance the development and efficient delivery of services in Stockport, consistent with the national, regional, and local palliative and end-of-life care objectives.
Provide strategic and managerial leadership in the continuous development of the Multidisciplinary Specialist Palliative Care Team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
Collaborate with the Stockport Consultants in Palliative Medicine and Directorate Manager to support and advance the development and efficient delivery of services for Stockport, consistent with the national, regional, and local palliative and end-of-life care objectives.
