Job Description

• Enhance Data Quality and Analysis: Ensure the highest standards of data quality and perform in-depth data analysis to support the Energy Retail business.
• Create Business Dashboards: Develop and maintain a comprehensive business dashboard that displays key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides actionable insights.
• Database Management: Efficiently manage and oversee two critical databases (Powercloud on Budibase data warehouse and LQT/metabase), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Customer Lifecycle Insights: Add significant value to the business unit by deeply understanding customer lifecycle data and providing actionable advice on churn, bad debt collection, and cross/up-sales opportunities.
• Data Analysis in LQT and Powercloud: Perform thorough data analysis and processing in both LQT and Powercloud to meet various business needs and reporting requirements for authorities such as taxation and federal agencies.
• Process Automation and Reporting: Automate various processes using programming languages, maintain clean and high-standard databases, and extract KPIs swiftly and reliably to support business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with extensive experience in data analysis and management.
• You are a data enthusiast with a strong foundation in data quality and analysis, particularly within the Energy Retail sector.
• With expertise in creating impactful business dashboards, you bring key business KPIs to life, providing actionable insights.
• You excel at managing complex databases, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Your deep understanding of customer lifecycle data allows you to offer valuable recommendations on churn, debt collection, and sales strategies.
• Skilled in data analysis with tools like LQT and Powercloud, you meet diverse business needs and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficient in automating processes, you maintain high data standards and swiftly extract KPIs to support business decisions.
