Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Engineer with 6+ years of experience to contribute to the full development lifecycle of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities and be capable of quickly producing well-organized, optimized, and documented code. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement scalable, high-performing solutions across multiple business lines.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Research, design, and implement innovative Salesforce solutions tailored for diverse lines of business, in collaboration with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Development & Customization: Apply Salesforce configuration and customization, write clean, scalable code, and create custom solutions where necessary to meet business needs.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all development adheres to established standards, procedures, and best practices for system support, documentation, and maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve system performance and scalability and implement enhancements.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of APEX, Lightning Components, JavaScript, SOQL, HTML5, CSS, VisualForce, and LWC.
• Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture concepts, such as API and governor limits, and how they influence solution design.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer I. Additional certifications like Marketing Cloud or Omni Studio are advantageous.
• Development Tools: Proficient in using VS Code IDE and Azure DevOps for managing development processes and version control.
• Cloud Experience: Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Service Cloud implementations.
• Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile teams and a commitment to iterative development and continuous feedback.
• Deployment & Migration: Strong experience in Salesforce administration, deployment, and setup menus, including roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules.
• Business Interaction: Ability to work closely with Business Analysts, gather requirements, and solve complex business problems through technical solutions.

Key Technical Experience:

• Building custom Salesforce solutions using Objects, Triggers, Apex Classes, Controllers (Standard and Custom), and Extensions.
• Configuring workflows, approval processes, picklists, custom formula fields, validation rules, and field dependencies.
• Understanding of Financial Services Cloud and OmniStudio is highly beneficial.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and ABSA policies.
• Proactively manage risks and incidents relevant to the role, and ensure solutions align with business risk management objectives.
