ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field;
• At least three years of experience managing projects or programs, with a track-record of success (i.e., references and/or credentials);
• At least three years of experience supporting and managing cross-functional project teams, as well as business and technical stakeholders;
• Ability to provide and express business judgement and to think strategically;
• Having the desire to find a solution for a problem in a structured and creative way;
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work with autonomy;
• Extended experienced operating the Work.OS of Monday.com;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease interacting with different stakeholders;
• Highly sensitive to cultural diversity and multi-disciplinary teams;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Fluent in English. Further languages (French and/or German) are considered an asset;
• Proficient use of MS Office tools.

As a Specialist Project Portfolio Management, your tasks will include:

• Keeping track of changes in project progress, resource allocation, and availability of project capacity;
• Collecting and analyzing data related to project performance, resource allocation, and financial metrics in Monday.com;
• Creating reports and dashboards summarizing portfolio status, risks, and trends;
• Assessing projects in alignment with the Director EPMO in terms of risks and propose implementation strategies;
• Assist the various EPMO team members in day-to-day tasks and regular reporting.
