Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence Specialist to uphold top-quality standards and drive operational efficiency in our aerospace manufacturing company. This role is perfect for junior to mid-level professionals eager to take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives and ensure excellence across our operations in a dynamic environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on quality improvement.
- Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 required).
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma, and advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in both French and English.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and operational efficiency;
- Review and optimize quality processes using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and other methodologies;
- Conduct training workshops on quality methodologies and support teams in using lean tools;
- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and other aerospace regulations;
- Manage quality projects, including root cause analysis, problem-solving and implementing corrective/preventive actions;
- Collaborate on special projects that support innovation, such as automation and robotics.
