We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence Specialist to uphold top-quality standards and drive operational efficiency in our aerospace manufacturing company. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on quality improvement.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 required).
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma, and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in both French and English.

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and operational efficiency;
• Review and optimize quality processes using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and other methodologies;
• Conduct training workshops on quality methodologies and support teams in using lean tools;
• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and other aerospace regulations;
• Manage quality projects, including root cause analysis, problem-solving and implementing corrective/preventive actions;
• Collaborate on special projects that support innovation, such as automation and robotics.
