RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS…

The Quality Assurance Control Room Specialist is responsible for monitoring System operations and corresponding inventory/control room order flow through the Distribution Center, while working closely with the automation provider. This role will manage system availability and performance, to ensure on-time, quality deliveries to our stores. The specialist understands and follows site protocols and escalation procedures, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with our Automation partner.

1. Perform close monitoring of inventory workflow from inbound to outbound, through Control Room Warehouse Management Systems. Detect any workflow opportunities and address with Operational and Automation partner to ensure timely correction
2. Manage balanced real-time workflow by releasing orders timed to store dispatch times working closely with Operations, Transportation and Automation partner for Routing, Optimizing system performance and labour staffing.
3. Perform monitoring of Orders scratches, fulfilment, and Marshalling, and manage with our automation partner
4. Monitoring all clearing stations, and highlighting Operational needs for the QA Manager/TL
5. Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide oversight support in the DC’s Warehouse Management systems for both Walmart and Automation provider. POC for QA and DC Operations to communicate any system or reporting issues/anomalies
6. Ensures the timely and accurate completion of a variety of inventory reports and ensures regular distribution to the client. Creating queries, macros, and analytical tools to support the ADC reporting
7. Track, and document all encountered issues. Follow established escalation protocol to involve, QA, and OPS management with unresolved issues, and priorities
8. Keep and ensure work area is clean, organized and adhere to all established safety procedures and policies
