QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A Grade 12 qualification
  • A minimum of 1 years of retail sales experience
  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry is an advantage

SKILLS:

  • Good verbal/ written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • The ability to take initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Excellent personal presentation and grooming, aligning with the sophisticated and exclusive image of the Fabiani brand.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities:

  • Being an ambassador for our brand and offering amazing Customer experience.
  • Exceed Customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions.
  • Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends.
  • Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
  • Searching out opportunities for making new sales.
  • Assist with replenishing of stock to ensure the store is always ready for our customers.
  • Effectively building relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
  • Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs.
