Specialist (Strategy And Performance)

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and the achievement of departmental objectives on a quarterly basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization’s strategic goals are met by coordinating with various departments and the CEO’s office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management, performance management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and balanced scorecard methodology.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with performance tracking software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar).
• Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
