This is a 15 month contract role beginning November 4, 2024.
This is a hybrid role with expectation to be at the Distribution Centre office 3 days a week. The compensation package for this position ranges from $54,000 to $72,000 on an annual basis.

What you would do:

  • Source top candidates using various tools and techniques based on the company’s needs
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Follow the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs
  • Contribute to developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers

  • Known for your collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
