This is a 12 month contract role beginning November/December 2024.
This is a hybrid role with expectation to be at the Distribution Centre office 3 days a week. The compensation package for this position ranges from $54,000 to $72,000 on an annual basis.
What you would do:
- Source top candidates using various tools and techniques based on the company’s needs
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Follow the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs
- Contribute to developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers

- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
