Job Title: Specialist Telesales Executive

Reports To: General Manager/Managing Director
Position Type: Full-Time, permanent
Sky Chemicals are recruiting for an exciting telesales opportunity , working with our high quality, specialist range of disinfectants, detergents and janitorial supplies. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Specialist Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by effectively identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers through tailored telesales strategies. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present solutions that align with our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
· Proactively source and identify potential customers using provided leads,
· Initiate outbound calls to engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and generate interest in our products/services.
Sales Pitch & Conversion:
· Deliver compelling sales pitches to demonstrate the value of our offerings
· Tailor communication strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer
· Overcome objections effectively and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Maintain a positive and professional rapport with prospects and customers.
· Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads and foster long-term relationships.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Data Management:
· Accurately document all interactions, sales activities, and customer details in the CRM system.
· Provide detailed feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
Performance & Improvement:
· Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
· Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
· Proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
· Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
· Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and persuasive manner.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Ability to handle objections effectively and remain resilient under pressure.
Technical Proficiency:
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
· Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Attributes:
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· A team player with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare sales desirable
Additional language skills are a plus
