Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO LGI HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • University degree or DEC in human resources or administration, or equivalent combination of experience;
  • 5 years of experience in the healthcare network or healthcare IT;
  • Knowledge of LGI’s Espresso HR-Payroll solution;
  • Leadership and dynamism;
  • Team spirit;
  • Innovation;
  • Knowledge of human resources (benefits, staffing, recall lists) in the healthcare network;
  • Experience in product management and/or delivery of IT solutions, an asset;
  • Understanding and knowledge of best practices in human resources management in the public service;
  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
