Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Pide and Lahmacun or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional Turkish cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to create high-quality and visually appealing dishes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional food experiences.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Pide and Lahmacun according to traditional recipes and high standards.
  • Develop and refine recipes to enhance flavor, texture, and presentation.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with restaurant standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on preparation techniques and best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with food trends and continually seek opportunities to innovate and improve menu offerings.
