We are looking for a Specialty Doctor to join the team at the Kings Norton Hospital in Birmingham. The role is based on the Hope Ward - Male Acute Psychiatry. The role is full time with some on-call requirement.

Responsibilities:

- To liaise with referrers, family and other organisations involved in patient care.
- Participation in clinical and administrative meetings like case discussions and governance meetings is also expected.
- To participate in first medical on-call rota. Extra days attract further remuneration. The on-call rota is non-residential with expectation that the doctor is able to attend the hospital within 1 hours, when required during on call periods. The hospital also has parallel telephone consultant on-call rota and supervision to support first on call doctors.
