ABOUT THE JOB

The Product Manager will have responsibility for understanding client challenges, goals, and how the Loopback Platform helps clients achieve those goals. This role requires exceptional project management and interpersonal skills and the ability to think collaboratively to overcome challenges. A successful candidate will be a passionate and decisive customer service-oriented person, who will be responsible for regular interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory traits and experience

  • Experience working in a health system
  • Strong independent worker/self-starter
  • Ability to work with aggressive schedules and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience presenting to professionals and/or executives
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Knowledge of hospital or pharmacy IT systems (electronic medical records, pharmacy dispensing systems, case management systems)
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred experience

  • Pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or pharmacy IT in a health system specialty pharmacy
  • Experience managing clients or customers
  • Epic

Travel:

  • Expected to be minimal.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, prioritization, and execution of short term (1-2 quarters and sprint) deliverables for Rx Reports roadmap
  • Reconciling reporting specification documents against current Loopback Data schemas to help guide report generation or data pipeline process (new or remapping data).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client implementation of existing reports portfolio
  • Engage external & internal stakeholders to identify and resolve any manufacturer data reporting needs.
  • Provide business logic guidance for internal Data Pipeline & Engineering Teams
  • Provide quality assurance for new report development and releases.
  • Attend Loopback client meetings to collect feedback and requirements for existing product improvements
  • Engage clients to identify opportunities and collect requirements for new product development initiatives
  • Collaborate internally to identify root causes of product related issues
