Description:
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant working knowledge on payments such as SWIFT, FEDWIRE, CHIPS and OFAC/Sanctions and understanding of different Message Types (MT400, MT412, MT499, MT740, MT742, MT 747, MT799, MT103, MT199, MT202, MT299)
- Experience in Billing and Reconciliation preferred
- With high attention to details
- Critical thinking & Problem solving skills
- Strong Risk Mindset & able to escalate issues to manager

Responsibilities:
Speciality Product Spec. IV is responsible to support the activities and service delivery for Trade and Working Capital Operations in Manila through the following:
- Ensure high accuracy of processing of Billing Invoices, Payment Application, and Correspondent Bank Charge claims
- 100% completion of assigned tasks on a daily basis
- Allocation of tasks
- Daily investigation and escalation of any issues including follow up of outstanding receivables
- Queue management & email management
- Provide daily/weekly productivity report
- Assist in projects and become subject matter expert supporting training requirements
