• Candidates will be required to present to architects and designers.

About the Role…
We are looking for a full or part time Specification Manager to drive growth in architectural systems by ensuring that Alspec products are the first choice of architects/designers in all applications, including Commercial, Residential Windows and Doors, Cladding Systems, Security Screens and Louvre Systems.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing an Alspec Specification Pipeline of projects for the Branch.
• Providing Area Managers with appropriate project lead opportunities.
• Ensuring that the Alspec range of systems is understood throughout the Architectural community.
• Conducting direct presentations to architects and other professional bodies (either one on one or via group or lunch presentations) with a view to increasing the profile of Alspec products within the market.
• Identifying and converting specific project opportunities that may exist in the State.
• Ensuring that all Specifier enquiries are responded to quickly and effectively.
• Managing “architect nights” as required
