Volvo Cars is on an ambitious journey, redefining car ownership and mobility and we are looking for a Specification Manager for New cars to join one of our Car Clusters within PMO (Program Management Office) team.
As a part of the Program Management team as well as the Program Commerical Team, the Specification manager works in close collaboration with the Car organization, delivering product specifications and feature business for New Cars.

Responsibilities:

You make sure our car offers are attractive for our consumers, viable for our business and well adapted to meet specific market needs. You will get to know our consumers and current offers globally, which will be essential when establishing commercial clarity on what’s next.

Examples of activities to drive are:

  • Be part of the project team securing feature business and creating the next product offer for our cars
  • Functioning as the subject matter expert on how to integrate the specification in the system as well as analyzing take rates, competitor data, offer structures, cross carline dependencies and market specific adaptations.
  • Working continuously with business and revenue optimization work by creating scenarios and business cases together with the Vehicle Product lead and the Head of commercial for the program
  • Collaborate with and align the offer with regional stakeholders across our global footprint
  • Create sales analysis for customer facing features to our main stake-holders
