Responsibilities:
- Undertake assessment of participants in shared living and community-based environments
- Identify needs and implement necessary supports for participants at mealtime; including mealtime equipment, positioning and texture modification in line with IDDSI standards
- Respond to changing needs of the participants we support including eating, drinking, swallowing and communication
- Regularly review and assess participants’ communication abilities to measure changes and progress over time
- Commitment to the NDIS practice standards, organisational policies and procedures and code of conduct.
