Your Opportunity:
If you are a Speech Language Pathologist who loves to work with children, then this position might be just what you’re looking for! As our Speech Language Pathologist II, you will be working both independently and as part of an inter-professional team, responsible for providing assessment and intervention services to children and their families in the Drumheller area, based from the Drumheller Health Centre. In the heart of the Canadian Badlands in Southern Alberta, the Drumheller valley offers visitors a unique combination of spectacular scenery and interesting things to do – think Jurassic Park! Rolling fields suddenly give way to steep, dry coulees ridged with the strata of hundreds of years of erosion by time, wind and water. Through it all, the tranquil Red Deer River gently makes its way through parkland and a myriad of recreational opportunities. Come to Drumheller – there is nowhere quite like it in Alberta! Join a team of skilled and dedicated health care professionals, support staff and physicians who promote wellness and provide health care every day, all across the province. We’re passionate about what we do. Discover interesting and challenging work, where you have the opportunity to grow your skills, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and make your mark as you contribute to a healthy Alberta.
