The Sponsorship Coordinator supports the team in bringing our brand to life across our varied partnership portfolio including sport, venues and community.

The Brand and Customer strategy team is a multi-disciplinary team bringing together insights, strategy, brand and sponsorships experts.
It is responsible for defining the brand, marketing and customer strategy for Bankwest, utilising customer and campaign insights to navigate through the market context and capitalise on opportunities, ultimately helping realise our ambitious business goals.
You’ll work as part of the Sponsorship team providing efficient administration support and management of daily operations.
On any given day, you will:
- Support the Sponsorship Manager and Senior Manager on the always on campaigns and associated administration that align to business and customer needs.
- Coordinate the Best Seats in the House customer competition from ticketing distribution, customer communication, terms and conditions, merchandise distribution and results collation.
- Coordinate activations and/or events at sponsorship venues using external contractors and suppliers (often outside of standard business hours)
- Work with the brand team and brief the creative services team to develop and update signage and other required assets.
- Work with the social media and internal communications teams to share sponsorship content.
- Support with the team budget and process invoices through the internal finance platform.
- Support in the delivery of ongoing sponsorship reporting against existing KPIs.
We’d love to hear from people who have/are:
- Highly organised skills with strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- The ability to learn and understand multiple processes and procedures associated with the role
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to review reporting and data to gain insight and be curious into how processes/activations could be improved.
- Amazing collaborator – excited to work in a growing team as well as those outside our business unit.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to absorb information and take action/seek guidance.
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
