Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and market analysis. This role requires a results-oriented individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies while fostering a high-performance culture within the team. The Sales Director will work closely with other departments to align business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.

    Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns that drive sales.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
