Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and market analysis. This role requires a results-oriented individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies while fostering a high-performance culture within the team. The Sales Director will work closely with other departments to align business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.

Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
